This is a pretty heavy topic, but it’s also an important (and unfortunately inevitable) one. We all know that concert memories aren’t just about the shows, they’re about the people we share them with. And when we lose someone we love, those memories become even more meaningful.

That’s why we’re introducing “Legacy Transfers” on Concert Archives. This new feature allows a loved one to take over an account if the original owner passes away, so their concert history (and all the special moments tied to it) can live on.

If someone has access to their loved one’s email, they can simply reset the password and take over the account. If not, we now have a process where we verify the request and then transfer the account. You can read more about it in this FAQ article.

It’s not an easy thing to think about, but we’re really glad to offer this as a way to help keep those connections alive. If you ever need this service or have any questions about it, you can reach out to us at [email protected].
