The band comprises Will Knauer (guitar), Jonathan James (bass) and Phillip Dickey (drums, vocals). The band has released three albums, "Broom" (2005), "Pershing" (2008) and "Let It Sway" (2010). The band's name refers to Boris Yeltsin, the first president of Russia. A former band member was John Robert Cardwell (vocals, guitar).
