The Black Velvets's 2004 Concert History

The Black Velvets is a blues rock band from Liverpool, England. The Black Velvets formed in 2002 by drummer Nick Kilroe and bass player Dave Dutton, who joined together after their previous bands split up. Nick and Dave hooked up with vocalist Paul Carden and guitarist Robbie Ross, and began crafting a riff-driven, deep beat classic glam rock sound, and organised showcase gigs at the Cavern Club. After some bigger gigs in London, supporting among others The Who, the band signed to Vertigo Records in 2004.
