Thrown Away Thoughts is a progressive rock/post-hardcore band from Palmer, AK. Starting with a metalcore style in early 2007, the band was dissatisfied with their sound, and the music trends at the time. They switched up their sound and line-up, and continued to evolve with more indie and experimental influences. Now focusing on more technical and challenging music, and breaking the idea of the "genre". Incorporating a mixture of singing and screaming, melody and intensity, and a goal to music that is a breath of fresh air in a stale scene.
