I know for a fact that I saw Hall and Oates at Lafayette College in the late 70s, but I didn't see how it could have been in September 1978 because I wasn't living in Easton, PA then! I graduated from high school there in 1977 and was away at Wells College in the Finger Lakes region of Central New York by the time of this concert. But I just looked up what day of the week 9/15/78 was, and it turns out that was a Friday, so I must have driven home for the weekend to see the show with friends who were still in Easton or that area. We were all huge fans of Hall and Oates in high school because so many of their songs hit the charts and were all over the radio during that three-year period! It started with "She's Gone" in '75, "Sara Smile" in '76, and "Rich Girl" in '77.

I could not possibly come up with a set list from memory, but I betcha they played all three of those songs!

I'll be going to my 45th high school reunion over Thanksgiving weekend and I may have to ask my classmates how many of them were
at that show! ❤️
