What a great day. Got to have coffee for 2 hours with Daniel before the show (and Ava and friend Meret were thrilled to join for a bit). Had a great talk about everything from songwriting to inflation! Joywave's show was great - went with Ava and two of her friends, Luigi and Haley. Fun set with back half of a car going through a car wash. Good setlist and lots of energy. Best part was that we got to be in the VIP box at paradise which gave us plenty of room to dance! Good crowd interaction including singing happy birthday to drummer Paul. 5/5 Joe P was very good - great stage presence and some good songs - promising future - 3.5/5
