Judas Priest did play Pekin Arena on that date, but not Heart or Joe Perry Project. The opening band was a somewhat local band with a female singer, but I can't recall the name. It absolutely was not Heart, though Heart did play here on a different date. I was at this concert, so I am positive there was no Heart or Joe Perry that night.
