This was a smaller tour by Bowie and I never understood how Evansville landed one of the shows. I'm pretty sure this was the smallest city on that tour. Bowie was dressed in black pants and vest with a white shirt. The lights above the stage were dozens of florescent tubes. I had a reserved seat but was able to walk up to the stage, watch the show, and take pictures without security telling me to go back to my seat. Evansville newspaper concert listing
