I know I'm remembering correctly. I saw Foghat somewhere between June and December of 1979. It was in Savanna Georgia. They were warmed up by a 3 piece band I wasn't familiar with. What stuck with me was the bass player of the unknown band would grab one of the strings of his bass, and pull it far enough away from the guitar that he could play what sounded like lead. I've never seen it before or since it, and I don't know the band's name. Really hope someone will read this, and be able to help me out. [email protected]
