In the 2006-2007 hockey season, the Columbus Blue Jackets NHL team recorded and released a Christmas album entitled "Hockey Holidays". The album was recorded to be sold for $10, with the proceeds going towards charity. Players who were involved with singing on the album are: Jason Chimera, Dan Fritsche, Aaron Johnson, Pascal Leclaire, Manny Malhotra, Fredrik Modin, Jody Shelley, Ole Kristian Tollefsen and Anson Carter, who headed up the project.
