Divide and Dissolve is an instrumental Doom metal band based in Melbourne, Australia, comprising saxophonist and guitarist Takiaya Reed (who is Tsalagi, one of the indigenous peoples of the southeasternwoodlands of the United States) and Māori percussionist Sylvie Nehill. Utilising drums, guitar, saxophone and live effects, the duo creates music which is designed to empower Black & Indigenous people the world over and dismantle white supremacy.
