Graymatter is an American hip-hop producer from Richmond, Virginia; best known as a member of the Richmond-based collective Mutant Academy, as well as the Scheme Team collective. After meeting rappers Koncept Jack$on and Fly Anakin in 2015, which eventually lead to the creation of the song "Fishscale", he collaborated with Big Kahuna OG in 2016 to release the album Ocean Grown, which gained some slight recognition from blogs.
