A "player" in rap music is used to refer to someone who manipulates others, usually a woman. However, the "P" has also come to stand for "paper" as in paper money, as in "he buys expensive cars, he's 'pushing p'".
Many fans of the rapper, from Tik Tok to YouTube, have come up with their own interpretations of the phrase and have decided it essentially means any kind of admirable behavior. Many use it as a new way to say "keepin it real" or "spreading positivity".
DS4 stands for Drip Season Forever and is the name of Gunna's 3rd album, which was released on January 7, 2022. The word "drip" is a slang term used to refer to someone's sense of style that is considered fashionable and cool. "Drip Season Forever" is Gunna's term for saying "stay cool, stay on point, and stay hot forever."
