Plastic Mermaids is a five-piece British indie band from the Isle of Wight comprising Douglas Richards, Jamie Richards, Chris Jones, Chris Newnham, and Tom Farren. The band's debut album, "Suddenly Everyone Explodes", was released in 2019. The album "It's Not Comfortable To Grow" followed in 2022.
