Hailing from San Diego, CA, The Turnstiles play melodic post hard core in the vein of Quicksand, Texas is the Reason with influences as disparate as Miles Davis, Fugazi, Black Flag and Garden Variety. They recorded a 7 song EP called Fanged Fingers and another called All Intensive Purposes, they also had a live album recorded at San Diego's The Casbah. Active members include bassist/Vocalist 'Pirate' Mike, guitarist/principle song writer, Jason 'North Denver Mexican.
