Dave Mason Concert History

Dave Mason (born David Thomas Mason, May 10, 1946 - April 19, 2026) began his music career in the late '60s as a founding member of the progressive rock band Traffic. In the late '60s and early '70s, Mason performed as a session musician for major acts like Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, and Derek and the Dominos. Subsequently, he embarked on a solo career that has spanned over five decades. Additionally, he joined Fleetwood Mac, appearing on its 16th studio album "Time." On April 19, 2026, Dave Mason passed away peacefully at his home in Nevada at the age of 79.
