Led by lead singer Dan Reynolds, Imagine Dragons has emerged as one the most popular electropop rock bands of the 2000s. Emerging from Las Vegas in 2008, the band catapulted to international fame with their 2012 debut studio album “Night Visions,” which peaked at number 2 on the US Billboard 200 chart and included the hit singles “It’s Time, "Radioactive," "Demons," and "On Top of the World." Three years later, the band’s sophomore album “Smoke + Mirrors” reached the top spot. It was followed by “Evolve” (2017), which featured the singles "Thunder," "Believer," and "Whatever It Takes." In 2021, Imagine Dragons released "Enemy" (featuring JID) for the Netflix series "Arcane." The single was later added to the band's fifth album "Mercury – Act 1." The following year, Imagine Dragons released "Mercury – Acts 1 & 2," which introduced standout singles "Bones" and "Sharks.”

Imagine Dragons was formed in 2008.
Lead singer Dan Reynolds and drummer Andrew Tolman founded Imagine Dragons at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. There, they recruited Andrew Beck, Dave Lemke, and Aurora Florence as other founding members. However, Florence and Beck soon left and were replaced by Wayne Sermon and Ben McKee, both attendees of the Berklee College of Music in Boston.
