Genesis Album (aka Mama tour) Dec 8, 1983 (40 years ago) Riverfront Coliseum Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
had 5th row Floor seats for this show. I think this was the first tour with the Vari Lights that were patented by Genesis. The light show was mind boggling. It is a good thing I was not stoned! Ticket price was $12.50 for 5th row seats. AMAZING SHOW! Stoner down the row kept yelling "Play Supper's Ready!" and the band ignored him. My wife asked me afterwards, and I played the song for her. It is now her favorite. We got to see a partial version in Detroit . Very Powerful.
