Notes:: This was one of three last concerts which was initially planned to be their final concert before their eventual reunion in 2015.
This concert was recorded as a back-up for a live album Ending on a High Note: The Final Concert. The album contains the entire set from the final concert with the exception of "The Bandstand" and "Bowling Green", the latter being an Everly Brothers cover the band performed as part of the final encore.
