This was such a great show, and despite Alex fighting off the effects of allergies/ sinus problems, they blew the roof off the concert hall! The spontaneous standing ovation in the latter part of the show took them by surprise, and the flood of emotion and earnest appreciation was heartwarming. The crowd was surprisingly small, but they were enthusiastic and ate up Alex’s every word with sometimes hilarious and sometimes heartbreaking stories in between songs.
