While the show was initially slated for the Hermosa Civic Theater, the cost for security offset the money from this benefit for the homeless, so the show was moved to the new Beach Boys Cafe in HB. As Rhythm Trak started the 1st song of their set, gunfire erupted into the club from outside by some local heavies who had been kicked out earlier. This prompted the entire crowd to hit the floor like dominoes. The club sustained some damage and luckily no one was harmed physically. The lead singer of Out of Order and his mother however were later sued by a bouncer for “Intentional Inflection of Emotional Distress”, thus the title of the second OOO album released in early 1995.
