This had to be one of the strangest venues of any concert I ever attended. They basically removed all the bowling lanes at Kings Beach Bowl, leaving a large concrete slab foundation for rock bands. Buffalo Springfield was playing in the back of the large space on the concrete floor. We walked right up to them (only 4 or 5 feet away) and listened to their wonderful vocal harmonies and three interwoven guitar work. Loved it!
