Apart from remembering I went to this gig with my mates, I don't remember much else, except drinking too many pints of lager and throwing up in what were the most small, cramped and disgusting toilets you've ever seen...!! Marquee on Wardour Street was a small, dark, hot, sweaty venue. Crammed tightly with punks pressing towards the stage, trying to pogo, but squashed together like sardines could only manage a slight up & down movement. A lot of liquids flying through the air too: Lots of beer, some water, and plenty of spit. And being leglessly drunk in that atmosphere was not good.
No wonder I not remember much. Between throwing up and trying to stay upright in the crowd took all my attention. Vaguely recall Buzzcocks playing some of their singles: "I Don't Mind", "Orgasm Addict", but all a bit of a blur this one...!!
