I located an old notebook that says Crowded House had a new keyboard player, Eddie Rayner, who had played on Paul McCartney's last album.
Found a source that says Nov. 15, 1986: https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/c... (I still have the poster signed by all but the drummed.)

Uncertain of the date. A brand-new band that I liked a lot. After the show they all came out to greet what was left of the crowd. I got autographs that I later gave to my pal John, who had turned me on to them.
