The Jonas Brothers were accompanied by the "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" cast, the second Disney movie the brothers were in along with Demi Lovato, who was also schedueled to participate as opening act to promote her second album "Here We Go Again", but checked herself into a rehabilitaion clinic in the USA a week before the concert.
