I searched this show with AI and this is the date it gave me. However, I feel the show was more likely in 1992. I remember it rained at the show.

Notes from AI:

Kris Kross co-headlined a massive summer tour with Supercat and Xscape, making a stop at the Coca-Cola Starplex Amphitheatre in Dallas on July 21, 1993. Local radio powerhouse K104’s legendary DJ Goldfinger was part of the local concert lineup and promotion, bringing the classic Dallas radio energy to the stage. Because Arrested Development was also out on their historic Lollapalooza tour at the very same venue that exact same week, the two giant Atlanta acts overlapping at Starplex made for an unforgettable moment in Dallas hip-hop history.
