Notes:

The inaugural Mayor's Ball, which was held to help retire campaign debt, took place on February 9, 1986, at the Memorial Coliseum in Portland.
This event, conceived by then-Mayor Bud Clark, featured a significant number of bands and became a major success, grossing over seventy-eight thousand dollars.

Entering Concerts in the Concert Archives database & this is the first one I ran across where I had ZERO notes about who played the Inaugural Mayor's Ball on February 9, 1986 so this gets me JUST ONE of the MANY, MANY AMAZING Portland artists who played to help the good Mayor.
WHOOP WHOOP!!

NU SHOOZ was very likely the headliner but not sure of order but there were DOZENS and DOZENS of bands!!

I added Swingline Cubs because David Jester had a video of them as well as his Nu Shooz "Point Of No Return" video that started all this.
