Opening nite of the Tour. As soon as the first notes of Mother during Danzig's set, the fence between the lawn and the seats began to flex from the crowd, I was in the 2nd seating section, by the end of the song. Nearly everyone from the lawn was now in the seats. The whole crowd became a giant mosh pit until the end of the show with Metallica finishing their set half past midnight. In my opinion its was nearly a riot, with cars on fire in the parking lot and mayhem everywhere. It was a blast!!!

At the end of Danzig's set there was a fire set in the parking lot. Security threatened to shut down the show as it was getting rowdy. Immediately after the announcement, the crowd started to get crazy and Metallica started their set ASAP.
