Not a concert ... just an appearance ... My 1st brush with a famous performer. About a month after "Grease" was released. This along with always watching my much older siblings play sports probably contributed to me becoming a fan of concerts and observing big events. Audrey picked this up from me ... Good Times!

I was 9 and a few months.
Dad drove his team in this parade a few times amongst his 200 plus parades. Also, Mom and Dad took us here for sweet corn and games for the kids when we had just Molly and Tyler.
The rain stopped in time for a parade after much of the celebration was canceled before it. The streets were wet but we munched on bugles long before the parade started. We had to get there early for a spot to sit. Eventually the sun came out and then Olivia did too. Very memorable still to this day!
