My first of four Rush shows I would see. They opened with the whole 2012 suite for the last time this tour, playing less parts of it on future tours. Blinding filashpots introduced "The Temples Of Syrinx" and gave everyone a jump. This was the first concert where a band used background films projected behind the stage on a huge screen, and it was quite effective. Rush always had a great light show too, But it was the three members outstanding muscianship that was always the highlight at their shows. Rush was the only band where people looked forward to the drum solo as it was the Professor Neil Peart. A great, memorable show.
