This show was not listed in the March/April 1990 Phish Update, which showed this as a Louisville date. The gig turned out to be a Beta Intramural Hockey Team Party at the “Beta House” (Beta Theta Pi) – a small dormitory on Denison University’s North Quad. Trey dedicated Ya Mar and Tweezer to the Beta Intramural Hockey Team. Before Fee, Page mentioned it was their first time playing in Ohio, “the buckeye state” This show featured the 1st known performances of: Tweezer (though it had been soundchecked by early March), Uncle Pen (Bill Monroe cover), Runaway Jim, Cavern and Sweet Adeline (traditional cover). Carolina and Sweet Adeline were performed a cappella without microphones. Portions of this setlist were adopted from circulating fan tapes as tapes in the archives are incomplete.
