Walter thanked the crown for coming out on Halloween and said that he wanted to recollect and anecdote about a time the band played in Raleigh, but concluded that they’d never played in Raleigh before. A guy right in front of him said that he saw them play at the Ritz (in Raleigh) just a year before. Apparently, Quicksand also played the Ritz in 1998 with Deftones.
