I wish I could thank the kid that handed me the drum stick. The REO Speedwagon drummer threw the stick (or maybe both sticks?) out into the audience. I was sitting about 3 rows back, on the floor, to the left of center about 20 ft I think. A guy, a stranger, about 3 or 4 people down on my right caught a drum stick and got my attention and handed it to me!!! I've thought of this memory so many times over the years. I wish I could go back that thank him. I was so high though. I dont know if I even said thank you at all. I'm so sorry if you're out there. I was the 15 year old girl with hazel eyes, dark eyebrows, and long blond hair. That was so very, very kind of you.
