Radawesomejamie It's the same with the band EAGLES. Everybody refers to the them as "The Eagles", but the band's official name is EAGLES. All their albums say just "Eagles" on them. Their Official Website says "Eagles" no "The". Same thing with RAMONES, Their official website has no "the" in the band's name. If there is a "the" before their name in print, the "T" is usually lower case to signify it's a word, not part of the band's name.

If you read the back of each album cover, it states "All songs written by The Ramones," and the band members themselves have always referred to the band as "The Ramones."

Radawesomejamie - RAMONES is the official name of the band. There is no "The" to their name. Check all their official releases. You will see there is no "The" on them.
