I saw Stray Dog in a club, if recall, I believe on Santa Monica Blvd, but I’m not certain. I’m not sure of the date, but it felt like a Friday night. Stray Dog played the night before at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, supporting Golden Earring. I’m assuming they were in town, and played their own gig the following night, October 11, 1974.
To all you Stray Dog fans out there, please don’t hold me to this, but 1974 was a long time ago, and I’m assuming/guessing the date and venue.
