I remember taking a date to this show and meeting up with a buddy of mine and the group he was with. They had bought lawn seats and i had scored free tickets, with pretty good seats. At some point i went and got him and brought them down to my row with the old ticket swap. After already seeing 311 perform on a handful of occasions, the draw for me was Slightly Stoopid. I had discovered their music and fell in love with their sound. I was not disappointed in the slightest bit. They performed an excellent set and i was super impressed that the two front men would occasionally switch guitar and bass without skipping a beat. They made sure that i would crave to see their show again in the future. And as for 311, they were a blast as usual and performed to the high expectation i had come to expect from them.
