Van Halen

This one was a keeper. My best friend and I had gone to a carnival in the afternoon before the show and she had won one of those old styrofoam pellet stuffed dogs with the black plastic flap ears. I told her to get rid of it before we went into the Coliseum, but she said no, she was going to throw it to DLR. I just laughed. We got split up after the show started (GA on the floor) and I ended up pressed up against this piece of stage that jutted out from the main stage. It was awesome. At one point, Eddie came out and was grabbing fans’ hands and I got hold of him and he probably thought I was never going to let go (I was, after all, a 15 year old girl, madly in love with him). What a great time! I met up with my friend after the show and she still had her carnival dog. I asked her why she hadn’t thrown it and she said she couldn’t because DLR had dripped sweat on it and now she had to keep it. Lol.
