I was a student at Atlanta College of Art and my boyfriend a GA Tech student; our seats were in the first few rows, so Janis was barely 30 feet from us. It was fantastic; soon everyone was on their feet, standing on our chairs, going wild. Unforgettable. Another Joplin site denies she was at Tech, but she was, saying only the Atlanta Pop Festival, an outdoor event. No, she was on the Tech campus too!
