It was HOT! On the second day, people went over the fence of a neighboring country club pool and there was a contest for couples going down the slide. Eventually, thousands of people went nude in the 100+ degree heat The Allman Brothers were introduced as a new local band. Hendrix came on after midnight and the Star Spangled Banner was memorable. Everyone camped in cars, vans, or tents and the entire weekend was safe and a once in a lifetime experience.
