Notes:: Great night with ava! We got ahold of the Wombats manager Braden, partly by my sending a video of their song playing in class. Matt Murphy agreed to meet us - and it turns out his father in law is economist Bob Topel! ava and I had a great talk with him backstage after the show - super nice guy
The show itself was excellent ,but not their best - setlist was mixed with too many slow spots . That said, the start and finish were epic, and it was a great night overall - 4/5
Red Rum club was super fun - great sound - kind of like saint motel. Got to chat with their lead singer as well on the way out, who was high as fuck! 4/5
