Avid vinyl collector,both classics and modern limited editions. Favorite music podcast is Sound Opinions. Only a pedestrian bass player, but love it. Too many favorite bands!

This tour was in support of the album "The King Is Dead", their first "traditional" album following the previous two releases that were thematic/rock opera-ish (The Crane Wife, The Hazards of Love). This is also the tour when Jenny Conlee was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to leave the tour (she was not at this show.) A band hiatus followed this tour.
