Notes:: This was the original Jimi Hendrix Experience, with Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell. I still have the ticket stub. And! Don’t kid yourself, if you got to see CTA in their early days, 1969 was the perfect time to see them. In 1969 they were still being called Chicago Transit Authority, hence CTA, and they were hot. Terry Kath was Jimi Hendrix’s favorite guitar player at the time.
