Don Ellis Orchestra was a "Big Band" group with a lot of musicians. When they played at the Shrine, I didn't think they would all fit on the stage. The whole time, I thought the stage would collapse. The Kaleidoscope was much more suited for this band because the theater was made for big bands.
Big Band, Contemporary Jazz, Experimental Big Band, Jazz, Latin Jazz, Soul Jazz, Jazz Orchestra, and Trumpet.
