This is Day 3 of Pittfest and its gonna be along one Got a cookout earlier in the day starting at 4 with music beginning around 5. Gonna have a couple little charcoal grills going but it may be smart to bring your food pre-prepared potluck style or even your own grill. A message about Pittfest: Pittfest is a celebration of local musicians and music. Last year it was one day and all local bands. I wanted to do it again this year. I might be going too hard. Cause now it's three Days, multiple venues, and in accordance with the scene there's some touring bands. But other than the touring bands all the groups have some Pitt undergrads, grads, or dropouts -- hence "Pittfest" It has no real affiliation with the University of Pittsburgh. Make sure to bring donations ($5) to all these shows so touring bands and locals can get bread. mmmmm
