4.00pm £18.50 GnR came on late, Skid Row nearly had the show pulled for playing "Get the F*ck Out". Lot of big name bands in the Royal Box, near where I was sitting - Lenny Kravitz, Anthrax, Paul Stanley, Transvision Vamp to name a few

Yes they did! Not sure if the big open air concerts suit their music. Would have loved to have seen them very raw playing the smaller venues around 87/88 before they hit mega stardom.
Yep remember Sebastian Bach / Skidrow swearing like a trooper..very over the top..got boring. Felt GNR sounded awful that day, sound tech should have had a the sack.
