Candy Ass formed in late 1998 by its founder and lead vocalist Galadriel Masterson, with the intent of forming an all-female band, based out of New York and later relocating to Los Angeles, the band soon began playing the local punk and club circuit in and around New York and gained fans for their gritty punk rock that infused pop vocal harmonies. Along with guitarist Hopey Rock (Gina Moreno) and bass player Siani Pop, the band at this point being co-ed with a with a male drummer...
