Myra Ruiz (born January 19, 1993, in São Paulo) is a Brazilian actress, singer, voice actress, and dancer. She is one of the leading names in Brazilian musical theatre, best known for playing Elphaba in the Brazilian production of Wicked. In 2009, at age 16, she moved to New York. After returning to Brazil, she auditioned for the Brazilian production of Mamma Mia! and landed her first professional role as an ensemble member and understudy for the lead character, Sophie.
