3 Day Benda were made up from the remnants of former Portsmouth bands 'Substance', 'The Windcheaters' and the unforgettable 'Speed Goat'. Drawing from the experience of these bands they went on to create some of the finest ska punk the South Coast has ever seen, up there with the likes of 'Yop Radio Saga' and 'Blindworm'.
