50 Watt Alarm Clock Concert History

Columbus, Ohio's 50 Watt Alarm Clock formed in the summer of 1993 when guitarist Brian Harsh and drummer Gregg Scott teamed with vocalist Ron Johnson and bassist Tom Clarkson to create a new mix of heavy alternative rock. Through live shows on local radio stations, the band has built a solid following in Columbus. In 1994, they won an award for best heavy rock artist at the Columbus Music Awards. 50 Watt Alarm Clock went on to perform opening spots at arena shows with Van Halen, Live, Collective Soul and Our Lady Peace.
