A More Perfect Union is a New York based instrumental quintet led by bassist Russ Flynn. The group's repertoire consists primarily of Flynn's compositions which range from the overtly modern minimal piece to the angst drenched alt-rock slug. The band was formed in September 2008 and consists of Jacob Teichreow and Atsushi Ouchi on reeds, Gilles Estoppey on Fender Rhodes. drummer Danny Wolf and Flynn.
